Join Now to Invest in Our Local Community

The Cramond Association is now registering for new members for the 2024-25 season. We are a thriving local community organisation representing everyone living in Cramond, Barnton and Cammo. We are a membership body (and registered charity) dedicated to encouraging more people to take an active interest in the local area to ensure its preservation, development and improvement – for the benefit of all.

By being a member, you will have direct access to a host of local social events, clubs, events, talks and meetings – with most activity being free for members. You will be part of an active group campaigning for improved local services and quality of life. From keeping the Cramond Inn open to improving community woodlands and green areas, monitoring aircraft noise and influencing the future of Cramond Campus – as well as supporting the lively History Society, Drama Group and Cinema Club, amongst others.

We are continually investing our funds and support to help community projects in Cramond, Barnton and Cammo get off the ground and flourish. By joining the Cramond Association, along with at least five team members, you could access grant funding of up to £2500 per year to support your local project. Projects must be local to Cramond, Barnton and Cammo and must be geared to improving the quality of life for local people and the local area.

So, join up now to play a part in your community  - and to get any good ideas that you may have off the ground. The more members we have, the more resources we can invest into our local community.
